We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
• Charges calculated at checkout based on order weight and size

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
• Additional charges apply and are shown at checkout

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions
• Delivery location
• Shipping method selected (standard or express)

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure the address you enter is accurate and complete. RareFury is not responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Additional charges resulting from re-delivery

Delivery Attempts

Missed Delivery
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery. If you're unavailable, a notification will be left with re-delivery or pickup instructions.

Unclaimed Orders
If your package is returned due to non-delivery, we will contact you. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@rarefury.in with:

• Order ID
• Photos of the damage

We will assist you with a prompt resolution.

Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, email us at contact@rarefury.in. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered or replaced.
